Stefan Gaiser to Remain as Kofax’s Chief Financial Officer
Veteran Company Executive to Also Continue as a Member of the Company’s Board of Directors
BASINGSTOKE, England–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Kofax plc (LSE:KFX), the leading provider of Intelligent Capture Exchange solutions, today announced that Stefan Gaiser has agreed to continue as the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors on a permanent basis effective immediately. The veteran executive is responsible for overseeing all of Kofax’s finance, accounting and administrative functions on a global basis and will continue reporting to Reynolds C. Bish, Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to Kofax, Gaiser worked at Peter Beying, a German audit and tax consultancy.
